In the Policy panel on drivers of productivity the panelists will discuss the reasons behind the EU's lag in productivity growth since the financial crisis. Professor Meliciani will offer her view based on research carried out by the Luiss Research Center on European Analysis and Policy on the link between participation in global value chains, investment in intangible assets and productivity growth.
